I’m excited to share the Diversifying our Workforce evaluation summary from the evaluation that myself and Siân Rosa Hunter Dodsworth carried out with the National Paralympic Heritage Trust (NPHT) over the past few years.

Diversifying our Workforce (2023-2026) delivered paid traineeships and 22 work placements for disabled and neurodivergent people, embedding inclusive practice across the organisation and establishing NPHT as an emerging sector leader.
