I am excited to be working with Tate again on Year 6 of the TCP mentoring programme! I have now run the Meet & Greet event and the separate training for mentees and mentors, and we have matched 13 pairs for this year.

I love this programme, especially watching how much both the mentees and mentors learn together over the next six months working in their pairs. The next event for this programme will be the Industry Networking event in January!
