Pick up a Pencil at the National Portrait Gallery

I'm back at the National Portrait Gallery working on a few events as a freelancer starting with Pick up a Pencil: Drop-in Drawing for Ages 14-21 which took place yesterday in the display Exposed: The Naked Portrait. Pick up a Pencil is co-hosted by the Gallery's Youth Forum with a guest artist, on the third Saturday of each month. These drop in sessions take place in the gallery spaces so often attract young people we've not worked with before. All you have to do is pick up a pencil! One of the Youth Forum members described yesterday's event as follows:  Exploring the subtleties between the nude and the naked body, we experimented with collage and new media.
